2019 is definitely turning to be the year of Samurai Shodown. At the series revival panel that was held at Pax east it was announced that Samurai shodown Collection is coming to all current consoles fairly soon.

Dubbed the Smurai Shodown Neo Geo collection, the compilation packs all the series titles that were released in the Neogeo MVS and AES consoles. this means: Samurai shodown, Samurai Shodown 2, Samurai Shodown 3, Samurai Shodown 4, Samurai Shodown V, Samurai Shodown V special.

The collection promises Online play as well as very extensive museum mode which has tons of behind the scenes information and old designs of the old games. there was no trailer of the collection, but we have learned that the title is hadles by Digital Eclipse and will release this coming Fall,
