Hey there guys, Nabil here with a quick update on the highly anticipated Samurai Shodown. Finally the info drought is over and it seems like we will be having regular updated. After the pax trailer, the 13 confirmed characters and those tons of gameplay videos, SNK is getting ready to reveal more.
The Osaka based company has announced that they will hold a special presentation in Japan on April 5th. The event will be streamed on the official SNK Youtube and twitch channels and will have many guests in attendance. These guests include famous e-sports players couple Momochi and Chocoblanka, who are quite known in the SF scene, Wataru Komada a famous voice actor Koheu Amasaki, voice actor known for the hit anime series High Score girl, Japanese pop musical group Hide X Hide, and the Japanese street performance group known as Samurai Performers Syn, known for their action and humorous street performance. Other guests are also expected but have yet to be announced.
As this will be after the PAx panel, we expect more reveals, are in store for us fans of the franchise. If I have to guess I would say that we will get to see gameplay for some already announced characters, like maybe Shiki, and probably an announcement of one of the new original characters.
