SNK has announced today that  The King Of Fighters 97′ Global Match will be released on PS4, Ps Vita, and Steam this coming April. the game will, unfortunately, not offer HD re-master, but the original Neo Geo Graphics only. KOf97 GM will come with Online play for all three versions, with the PS4 and Vita having cross-play.

The King Of Fighters 97 is an important chapter in the KOf saga, as it marked the end of the Orochi story. In terms of fan following, KOF97 is definitely not at the top of everyone’s list, but it does hold a special place ion many fans’ hearts.
