However we were pleasantly surprised to be given an inward facing room on the 5th floor which was actually pretty quiet. We are pleased to inform you that our building dated the 19th century and the elevator is the original one of the building. Really comfy bed. The lift was antique and very interesting. Since 1962, our family has always been trying to improve the service offered, putting high attention on details. Furthermore, we have a deposit room, so that if you need to store your bags, you can do it free of charge. We're very sorry about the noise of the lift, but, of course, we cannot do anything to control guests' behavior. The staff was great. We're glad you appreciated our original lift, even if we understand that sometimes it can be uncomfortable. This hotel was pretty good.
